Here are answers to some of the questions we get asked more often.
General Questions
Can I supply my own garments?
We are happy to print on your supplied blanks. We may have to do a test print on any brands we are unfamiliar with which may result in a small number of damages. Although we will do our best to minimise any waste, we are unable to refund or replace these.
Which fabric types can you print on?
Our DTG printers are ideally suited to any cotton-rich fabrics, with a minimum of 50% cotton recommended.
What is the largest print size?
We can print up to 40cm x 50cm on the majority of adults garments and 38cm x 30cm on the front of hoodies.
How long will my order take?
We typically aim to complete all orders within 5 working days.

What file types do you need?
For best print results, we’d recommend your artwork is uploaded as a PNG file in RGB mode with 300DPI resolution and transparent background. We can also accept files in PSD & AI formats. You can see our handy artwork guideline here.
